Drive in Units is a greatly improved storage concept. You can always drive right up to your rented unit. Not only can you store goods, you can also use the unit as a working space. Ideal for a starting business, because of the highly flexible rental agreements (2 months’ notice) it is a no-risk deal. But also for hobbyists who like to enjoy fixing up an old timer, for example. Internally you can even change units free of charge.

In 2012, the first branch of Drive in Units at the Schieweg 89 in Delft was opened, right across the road from Makro. Due to the great success of this new storage and work space concept, in a very short period of time, as many as 300 Drive in Units are now being used by businesses and private individuals.

In order for business people, hobbyist, self-employed business people and private individuals to benefit from this unique concept in Westland, a second branche of Drive in Units has been opened at the Hovenierstraat 99b2 at De Woerd business center in Naaldwijk. Here too, Drive in Units can be rented, ranging in size from 3 m² to 60 m².
   
In addition, a third location of Drive in Units has been added on the Vlielandseweg in Pijnacker since September 2022. Here also, the units will vary in size.

WHY RENT DRIVE IN UNITS?

With driving lanes of no less than 7 meters wide, each unit is easily accessible by car and van. In addition to storing goods, you can also use the units as a work space. 
With rental terms that can be terminated every 2 months, sharp rental fees and permanent camera surveillance, you can start your own business or enjoy your hobby without a care.
