In the future, a first floor will also be developed, which is expected to become available for rent in 2026.
The first floor is accessible via a steel ramp. After driving up the ramp, the overhead door opens automatically by presenting the tag, allowing direct vehicle access to all units. It is not possible to drive from the ground floor to the first floor; both floors have separate access. A restroom is available on this floor, and units can be combined for larger storage options.
